The students at Saint Boniface have the potential for great things!
Keep them "on track" with Boni Ball 2019!
Friday, May 3rd from 5-11 PM in the Saint Boniface Parish Hall
Boni Ball is a fundraiser held each spring at Saint Boniface School. It is open to all adults who have an interest in supporting a well-rounded education, meaning it meets the social, emotional, academic, physical and spiritual needs of elementary-age school children in the Cold Spring area. While the name implies something formal, Boni Ball is actually a laid-back evening where you can dress to a theme, or simply in your favorite pair of jeans! This year’s theme is Kentucky Derby, and you’ll enjoy dinner by the Great Blue Heron, pull tab-horse racing, silent and live auctions and entertainment by Harper’s Chord.
“Boni Ball is a fun way to support our kids, teachers and staff. We get a night out and the money raised enhances the educational experience at Saint Boniface. It's a win-win!”
- Brendon Duffy
“We look forward to the Boni Ball every year! It's a great night out with our friends, and it all goes to a good cause-supporting our children's Catholic education. We're amazed every year at the theme, decor, and entertainment and appreciate all the effort that goes into making this wonderful event happen!”
- Janell and Jason Wesenberg
“My husband and I enjoy attending Boni Ball with my parents and friends. It's a fun night when we can dress up a bit, sample some new beverages, enjoy a great dinner and have some conversation! We believe it's important to support our children's school, and we can make an impact through the purchases we make at this event.”
- Aimee Minnerath
How does Boni Ball help Saint Boniface School?
Who can attend Boni Ball?
All adults are welcome! Invite your friends, neighbors, grandparents and family members. Use the event to celebrate Mother's Day, an anniversary or birthday!
Last year, the Boni Ball raised more than $57,000, and 100 percent of the proceeds benefited students at Saint Boniface School. As our largest fundraiser, the event provides many of the "extras" that help enrich your child's experience. Consider the impact of these items for your child:
- Internet Access, iPads, Chromebooks and Smart Boards
- Extracurricular athletic activities
- Field trips and Camp Foley
Dollars raised also support areas in which we excel. We're known to provide challenging lessons, retain above average scores in nationally normed assessments, incorporate Orton Gillingham methods into reading, spelling, and writing curriculum for those with dyslexia, and take a lead role in Top 20 Training, which demonstrates how power of thought plays an essential role in personal success and happiness. Parents who recently transferred their children to our school often comment upon our more in-depth teaching and learning expectations, faith-based education, balanced class sizes, student
engagement and opportunites for parent involvement.
