| Cantors lead and assist the congregation in the singing of hymns, psalms and acclamations. Volunteers are always needed and will be trained. | |
| Eucharist Ministers distribute the Eucharist at weekend Masses. They also bring the Eucharist to the sick and shut-ins after the Sunday 8:30 a.m. Mass and at other times by request. Communion calls are made on Tuesday mornings and First Fridays. | |
| Gift-Bearers - Singles, couples, or families are invited to present the gifts of bread, wine and our monetary offering at weekend Masses. | |
| Greeters are the first ministers of hospitality at St. Boniface, welcoming to the worshipping community those who enter our doors. | Click here to view the schedule. |
| Lectors proclaim the scripture readings at the weekend and weekday liturgies. | |
| Liturgy Committee - A group of parishioners passionate about making the liturgies at St. Boniface Church come alive. The group gathers to read and discuss Church documents and how St. Boniface celebrates the liturgy as one community with many gifts. The Committee's focus is to enable and promote "full, conscious and active participation" of the assembly (CSL paragraph 14) through prayer, music, the Word, Eucharist, and the environment. | |
| Sacristans are responsible for preparing the sanctuary for the liturgy. | |
| Servers - Boys and girls in grades four and above are invited to assist the priest at weekday and weekend liturgies as servers. Men are also needed to serve at funerals. | Click here to view the schedule. |
| Ushers serve the parish by greeting and assisting those attending Mass. This ministry includes taking up the collection, passing out bulletins, and seeing to the needs and safety of the congregation. There is always a need for men and women to serve in this capacity. |
