The Administration
Father Cletus Connors, OSB, became pastor of St. Boniface Parish in 1997. Father Cletus is the canonical administrator of the school. He delegates responsibility to the school principal for the everyday operations. Father Cletus believes in the mission of the school, and has worked actively to support the school in all matters.
The St. Boniface Elementary School Board is composed of 7 elected
members who are parents of St. Boniface students; the two parish trustees,
the
Pastor and the principal. The school board serves in a consultative role
to the pastor and the principal in all areas of school management. The
main responsibilities of the board are to formulate policy, 
direct financial
planning, plan for development and public relations and evaluate personnel.
Sister Sharon Waldoch, SSND, is the principal of St. Boniface Elementary
School. She holds a Masters degree in education from the University of Colorado
and an Education Specialist degree in administration from St. Thomas University.
She is on the Board for the Minnesota Nonpublic School Accrediting Association
and has served on several education committees in the New Ulm Diocese where
she served for 19 years as principal of PreKindergarten-8th grade at the
New Ulm Catholic School system. Sister Sharon has been principal at St. Boniface
since 2003 where she 
values the qualified staff and the parental involvement.
Dee Ruegemer has been the school's secretary for over 25 years. She directs all functions of the school office and serves in many other capacities including nursing and care of the sick. Her experience and kindness are valued by everyone.
